REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions included in your chosen package determines the amount you can request. Our primary goal is to offer top-notch service to our customers, and we will keep revising until your requirements are fulfilled. If the design concepts remain unchanged, you won't be charged any extra fees. You can expect your revised design within 48 hours.

TURN AROUND TIME

Web Design Matics typically completes most design services within a timeframe of 48 to 72 hours. It's important to note that this refers to the turnaround time for each individual iteration of the design stage, rather than the total time required for the entire project. Depending on the specific service being provided, the duration for revisions may range from a minimum of 48 hours to a maximum of 72 hours. This timeframe corresponds to approximately two working days. For instance:

If you are dissatisfied with the initial logo or website designs that are presented to you, you have the eligibility to claim a 100% refund for your project.

This guarantee ensures that customer satisfaction is a priority, and if the initial designs do not meet your expectations, you have the right to receive a full refund.

REFUND POLICY

While Web Design Matics does offer a 100% refund on its design services, it is essential to understand that specific conditions still apply, and the refund is not unconditional.

Note: Web Design Matics reserves the right to reject any project or terminate the contract at its discretion. Following a refund, you will not retain any rights to use the designs for any purpose as they will become the exclusive property of Web Design Matics. The company will assume full ownership of the designs.

For services that are not covered under the 100% refund policy, in the event of client dissatisfaction, Web Design Matix's management may review the project and, at their discretion, choose to offer a partial refund to the client.

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

Sending us an Email to initiate a refund.

Upon receipt of your refund request, we will promptly acknowledge it and respond as quickly as possible. Once the necessary analysis has been completed, we will proceed with the refund process in accordance with the refund policy outlined above.

In order to receive a full refund for canceling a project before project initiation, the refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the reason for cancellation is unrelated to the service itself. If the refund request is made after the initial 24 hours, a service fee charge will be incurred upon cancellation.

Upon receipt of your refund, you will no longer hold any rights to the designs provided by Web Design Matics, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by both the company and the customer through written communication. To ensure legal compliance, the relevant information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies.

DELIVERY POLICY

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

Upon receiving a written request for finalization, Web Design Matics will provide the client with the finalized designs. The client will then own 100% of the rights to the logo, including all the final core files.

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

Unless the client has purchased content creation services, Web Design Matics is not responsible for creating or adding content (such as text or images) to the website. The following terms apply if the client has purchased this service:

RECORD MAINTENANCE

If the client needs access to their finalized design files in the future, they can contact Web Design Matics and request the specific file. With their records on hand, Web Design Matics will promptly locate and provide the necessary design files.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

The Customer Support Team is available by phone during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT, to assist with any concerns or queries. For queries after business hours, clients can submit them through the Team Works Account section via email, and they will be addressed on the following working day.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Web Design Matics primarily focuses on providing design services and consultancy to clients. We create and develop the services required by the client, and some of our packages may include technical features that assist with website and email functions. Web Design Matics will provide the client with essential information and settings to ensure the proper functioning of these services. However, please note that we do not offer extensive training or tutorials for the installation of these services on the client's end. The services offered by Web Design Matics include, but are not limited to:

Website Deployment

Web Design Matics will deploy the website on:

A hosting server provided by us.

A hosting server provided by the customer (purchased from a third party).

It's important to note that if the website is hosted on a third-party server purchased by the customer, Web Design Matix will not be responsible for any server or hosting-related issues.

Our hosting service, provided by a third-party service provider, is offered to the client as an additional feature at no cost.

Technical Support Agreement

There is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) for technical assistance or service outage between Web Design Matics and the client, unless it is separately purchased as an ongoing maintenance service.

A Content Management System (CMS) is used to manage website content.

Web Design Matics will provide a user guide to the client, assisting them in utilizing the CMS for the website.

It is not the responsibility of Web Design Matics to provide training to the client specifically for the CMS.

Web Design Matics will provide the client with necessary details and configurations to install their own emails.

It is not the responsibility of Web Design Matics to perform the email installation on the client's end. Web Design Matics is not liable for offering technical assistance or support in resolving email usage issues, as our emails are hosted on public servers accessible by any service provider.

Communication Policy

Official communication should occur through designated emails, such as support@webdesignmatics.com. Web Design Matics will not be responsible for damages, issues, or delays resulting from communication channels not provided by them. Accountability is limited to information shared through official domains. Representatives may use pseudonyms for better communication in different regions since Web Design Matics operates globally.
